Based on your engagement score, you fall into one of four groups. Your group: {{engagementGroupResult}}
Those who are Fully Engaged continually (and willingly) throw their hearts, spirits, minds, and hands into their work. Work may cause them to stretch; yet they leave work feeling energized. Work is rewarding and fun, and they do their jobs well. They find meaning, autonomy, growth, impact, and connection in what they do. They love their jobs!
Key Contributors are the “strong-and-steady” performers within the organization. They make up the bulk of the workforce in most organizations. While they take pride in their work, and take ownership for results, they may feel that one or more of the ENGAGEMENT MAGIC® keys is missing. These individuals are productive workers who are committed to their jobs.
For those in the Opportunity Group, work is “just a job.” While they may still deliver basic results, they may not be fully committed to what they do. For most, pay is the primary reason why they stay, as their hearts are not in their work. They may find themselves doing just enough to get by. Yet this group can often re-engage, if the opportunity is right.
Those who are Fully Disengaged essentially quit, stay, and often corrupt. While they may be physically present, psychologically and emotionally they are absent—meaning they’re not committed to their work or the goals of the organization. While most would quickly leave the organization if the opportunity were there, some simply remain and disengage.
The chart is filled based on the percentile score from questions on each of the five ENGAGEMENT MAGIC® keys.
